Architectural Standards
To preserve the character and value of Thornberry, all homes must meet the following standards.
- Minimum home size of 2,200 square feet
- All home plans must receive architectural review approval prior to construction
- Approved exterior materials and color palettes
- Landscaping requirements for all homesites
- Fence, outbuilding, and accessory structure standards
- Vehicle and recreational vehicle storage guidelines
