The Thornberry Story
In 2019, a vision took root at the corner of Dewees and Stribling Roads in the Gluckstadt area of Madison, Mississippi. Thornberry was designed from the very beginning to be something different — a neighborhood where generous, spacious lots give families room to breathe, where tree-lined sidewalks invite evening walks, and where the warmth of Southern community is woven into every detail. What began as Phase 1 with 95 homesites has grown into a thriving community of over 360 lots across six phases, with families who chose Thornberry because they were looking for more than just a house. They were looking for home.
